To ensure profitability for the first phase of our marketplace, all listed properties will be Off-plan properties. These properties will be constructed bz reputable developers all verified on the Odinala network.
Each property sold via our platform will be managed independently or through our partnered property management company on THE owner’s behalf. The property management company sources tenants, collects rent, and manages repairs, so the diverse group of Network owners don’t have to.
Real estate won't be directly tokenized for our first phase, but all buyers and sellers within our platform will be verified through our application Know Your Customer program. All users will have a digital identification which can be instantly verified as it is stored on the blockchain. With this we aim to build trust between buyers and sellers worldwide as all ownership can be instantly verified before a sale or agreement.
With blockchains, we no longer need to wait 30 days to receive a bank transfer. Owning property with Odinala allows you to collect rent every month. Rent is paid using the users chosen currency to their wallet.
All properties sold or bought on the Odinala platform will have the traditional legal contracts created by our partnered law firm AEC Legals. Once the contract is signed by both parties the information is saved on the blockchain.

In the future we will explore the tokenization of real estate in Africa. Blockchain offers
a way to add improved levels of liquidity (tokens) to a notoriously illiquid industry
(real estate) through tokenization.
Through this and fractional ownership we will aim to democratize access to real
estate investment, and therefore distribute and minimize the risks and labor involved
with owning property. We want to lower the barriers to entry to investing in property
and provide through equitable access to all.
