The property management company sources tenants, collects rent, and manages repairs, so the diverse group of Network owners don’t have to.

Tokenized real estate will be available for our first phase, all buyers and sellers within our platform will be verified through our application Know Your Customer Verification.

All users will have a digital identification which can be instantly verified as it is stored on the blockchain. With this we aim to build trust between buyers and sellers worldwide as all identification and ownership can be instantly verified before any a sale or agreement

Monthly Rent Payments

With blockchain for low cost transactions, we no longer need to wait 30 days to receive a bank transfer.

Owning property with Odinala allows you to collect rent every month. Rent is paid using the users chosen currency to their Wallet or Bank Account.

Legality regarding asset on the platform

All outright and recurring purchases of asset on our platform gives the Purchaser exclusive rights to acquire the building all its uses rights & related deed covenants.  Additionally Tokenised real estate sold or bought on the Odinala platform will have the traditional legal contracts created by our partnered law firm or the purchasers independent lawyers.

Due to the nature of real estate sales, the sale of the tokenized share does not warrant the completion of the real estate transaction, or reflect the transfer of the deed or title.  The traditional real estate process must still be complete. Once the contract is signed by both parties the information is saved on the blockchain land registry
