All users will have a digital identification which can be instantly verified as it is stored on the blockchain. With this we aim to build trust between buyers and sellers worldwide as all identification and ownership can be instantly verified before any sale or agreement

Owning property with Odinala allows you to collect rent every month. Rent is paid using the users chosen currency to their Wallet or Bank Account.
Due to the nature of real estate sales, the sale of the tokenized share does not warrant the completion of the real estate transaction, or reflect the transfer of the deed or title.
The traditional real estate process must still be complete. Once the contract is signed by both parties the information is saved on the blockchain land registry
